B4T Academy is our training program that’s designated for young adults in the United States and across the globe. It will give them the opportunity to access some of the best companies specially in the Tech industry. We have a variety of resources, among which a training program offered through Community Colleges in the North West and in specific programs.

There is a huge disproportion of opportunities in the United States which derives from racial divide and throughout underrepresented communities.
Young adults often times are deviated from a successful career path despite having the talent and such, and one of the major causes are lack of information, lack of encouragement and lack of community role models.

Black4Tech is helping solve this climbing issue by partnering with Tech giants and providing needed resources and skill-sets to these students, thus aligning them with hiring companies within their respective fields. These opportunities will for ever change the lives of these young adults as they begin successful professional careers.
